This policy explains how Prime Business Advisory (Pty) Ltd, trading as Learn How To Tender, handles your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. What we collect
- Your name, email address, billing address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number
- What you bought, the amount and the date, and any note you add to your order
- Messages you send us
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser and cookies
We collect this directly from you and automatically when you use our websites. Payfast tells us whether your payment succeeded. We do not receive your card or bank login details.
3. Why we use it
- To process your order and deliver your downloads
- To confirm your Masterclass booking and send your Zoom link and reminders
- To answer your questions and handle complaints
- To keep financial records and comply with the law
- To keep our websites secure and working properly
We will send you marketing only if you agreed to it or if the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Do you have to give us your information?
The checkout fields marked as required are needed to complete your order. If you do not give them, we cannot process your order. Some records must be kept under tax and other laws.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run our business, such as our payment, website hosting, email and online meeting providers, and with our advisers. These include Payfast, Namecheap, Lovable, Zoom and Google. We also share information with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Sending information outside South Africa
Some of these providers may store or process information in other countries. We use established providers and rely on their security and privacy commitments.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as tax and other laws require. We then delete it or remove details that identify you.
8. How we protect it
We use secure https connections, password-protected accounts and protected download storage. Payments take place on Payfast’s secure payment page. No online system is completely secure, so we will tell you and the Information Regulator if a breach requires it.
9. Cookies
Our websites use cookies that are needed to run the shop, such as for your cart and login. You can manage cookies in your browser and through any cookie notice shown on our websites.
10. Your rights
You may ask us whether we hold your information, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. You may also object to how we use it, opt out of marketing, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email info@learnhowtotender.com and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Our products are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
