These terms apply when you buy from Prime Business Advisory (Pty) Ltd, trading as Learn How To Tender (“we”, “us”). Please read them before you place an order. Important terms about refunds and our responsibility are in sections 7, 9 and 10.

2. What we sell
- Tender Masterclass: a live online session on Zoom. The session on Thursday, 3 December 2026 runs from 18:00 to 21:00 (SAST).
- Win Your 1st Tender (2026 Edition): a downloadable PDF guide.
- Bid Pricing Calculator (Version 2.0): a downloadable Excel workbook and a PDF user guide.
- The Tender Starter Bundle: the guide and the calculator with its user guide.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand and are the full amount you pay. There are no delivery charges.
Payments are processed securely by Payfast. You can use the payment methods shown on the Payfast payment page. We do not receive or store your card or bank login details.
4. Placing an order
You can review your order and correct any mistakes on the checkout page, or withdraw, before you click to place your order. An agreement is formed once your payment is confirmed. We will then send your order confirmation by email.
5. Delivery
Downloads are available as soon as your payment is confirmed, on the order page and in your order email. For the Masterclass, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, and your Zoom link by email 24 hours before the session. If an email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
6. Your transaction record
Please keep your order email and save a copy of these terms. You can print or save this page from your browser. If you need a copy of your order record, email us and we will send it to you.
7. No refunds or returns
We do not offer refunds or returns on the Masterclass or on digital products, including if you change your mind. Please make sure a product is right for you before you buy.
- Masterclass: if you cannot attend, tell us at least one day before the session and we will move you to the next available session at no extra cost.
- Digital products: if a file is faulty or will not open, email us and we will replace it.
This section does not take away any right you have by law that cannot be excluded, including any right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or the Consumer Protection Act. That includes the 7-day right to cancel an online purchase where it applies.
8. Using our content
Our guides, templates, spreadsheets and Masterclass content belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may use them for yourself and your own business. You may not copy, resell, share or publish them, or share your Zoom link or download link with others.
9. No guarantee of winning a tender
Our products teach skills and share information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Tender decisions are made by the organisations that issue them, so we cannot promise that you will win a tender or earn any particular income. Rules change, so always check each tender document and the current law. Please check your own figures before you submit a price.
10. Our responsibility to you
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost tenders, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
11. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
12. Complaints
Please email info@learnhowtotender.com first so we can try to resolve the problem. If we cannot, you may contact the National Consumer Commission.
13. General
South African law applies to these terms. We may update these terms, but the version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
